Snow Day (Or Any Day Really) At Home Workout

No gym and no equipment needed for this exercise routine and trust me you’ll feel the burn. This is perfect for those days you can’t make it into the gym, or you just don’t want to leave the house. Feel free to up the reps or do this routine more than once, if your up for the challenge!

25 Jumping Jacks

25 Butt Kicks

25 High Knees

Set 1 *Repeat x3

15 sumo squats

15 push ups

Set 2 *Repeat x3

20 mountain climbers

20 laying lay raises

20 Russian Twists

Set 3 *Repeat x3

20 Tricep Dips

20 Jump Squats

40 Second Forearm Plank

Set 4 *Repeat x4

15 Bicycle Crunches

20 Plank With A Shoulder Tap

Plank Set *Until Failure

Straight Arm Plank

Left Side Plank

Right Side Plank
