Lean Legs Countdown Home Workout

This is a beginner friendly, fairly easy workout that can be done alone, or at the beginning/end of your normal leg day gym routine, trust me even if you are one of the most experienced gym goers, this will burn. Add a resistance band to up the challenge and let me know how much it burns in the comments below!

100 Squats

90 Walking Lunges

80 Mountain Climbers

70 Sumo Squats

60 Calf Raises

50 Glute Bridge Raises

40 Curtsy Lunges

30 Bench Step Ups

20 Jump Squats

10 Burpees

Repeat 2-3 Times
