Chia Seed Pudding

If your looking for an easy way to sneak healthy fats into your diet, look no further. You’ll get Omega-3 fatty acid (the good fat) that promote heart and joint health. Chia Seed Pudding is perfect for a snack, breakfast or even dessert.

Master Recipe: 

1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy will do)

2 tbsp Chia Seeds (whole, not ground)

In a small bowl, combine your chia seeds and milk of choice. Mix well. Set in the fridge for at least three hours, but overnight is best. When your ready to eat, give it a quick stir and add in toppings, here are a few ideas.

Coco Loco:

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Pinch Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Vanilla

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Sweet Almond:

1/4 tsp Almond Extract

Pinch of Cardamon

1 tsp Honey

1 tbsp Sliced Almonds

Chocolate Raspberry: 

Handful of Fresh Raspberries

1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Shavings

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Maple Syrup

Mango Blueberry: 

1/4 cup Fresh Mango, Diced

Handful of Blueberries

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Shredded Coconut

1 tsp Honey
