At Home Killer Arms Pyramid

This is a good little workout to do before your typical arm day session at the gym, or repeat it two to three times to make it a effective at home arm day. If you don’t have any dumb bells to use for the bicep curls, you can even just use a can or pop bottle, you don’t need a lot of weight to get a good workout!

10 Push Ups

20 Tricep Dips

30 Bicep Curls

40 Second Plank

50 Tummy Tucks  (In Plank Position, Lift, Alternating Knees To Chest)

40 Second Plank

30 Bicep Curls

20 Tricep Dips

10 Push Ups
