Easy Crock Pot Chilli

I love using my crockpot and do so at least twice a week. It’s quick, convenient, and I get to come home from work to a hot and ready meal. Meals like this are my go to’s, I don’t think you could make this recipe any easier and it makes enough for you to have leftovers for the next few days. If you don’t have a crock pot you really are missing out.

Feel free to add any additional vegetables that you like, I love to throw in peppers, onions and sometimes even kale or spinach when I have some laying around in the fridge. Just give them a rough chop and toss them in with everything else.

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef, Browned

2 (15 oz) Cans Dark Kidney Beans, Drained

1 (14.5 oz) Can of Tomato Sauce

1 (14.5 oz) Can Tomatoes, Italian Seasoned

1 Packet of Chilli Seasoning

2 cups Water

Salt and Pepper To Taste

Chilli Flakes, To Taste

  1. After beef is browned, and grease drained, place in crockpot. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, chilli seasoning, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and water. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  3. Serve with your favourite chilli toppings, such as cheese, sour cream or corn chips!
